You can return unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective items with tags still on them for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged

We gladly accept returns for any merchandise purchased directly through our online website or by phone order within 30 days of the received delivery date.

We also honor replacements for damaged or defective items purchased within 30 days.
Yes:
- Final Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
If a Final Sale item is returned without authorization, both the item and any associated costs will be forfeited.
This policy is noted on each Final Sale product page, within our Return Portal, and in our Terms & Conditions. - Gift Card purchases are non-refundable.
- Items purchased through third-party sellers (such as boutiques or other websites outside of projectliquid.com) are not eligible for return.
- Refused deliveries or packages marked as “Returned to Sender” will incur a $17 deduction from your refund amount.

Once your request is submitted, our team will provide a return label and detailed instructions.
If you use our pre-paid return label, a $10 deduction (per label) will be applied to your refund.
You may return multiple items or orders within one package using a single UPS/FedEx return label.
If you prefer to ship your return using your own method, there is no charge for the label.
Yes.
We will cover the cost of one (1) UPS/FedEx return label per original order for items requesting an exchange.
Please note:
- Items marked as “Exchange” can only be refunded or issued store credit on subsequent returns.
- They cannot be exchanged again.
To start an exchange, please reach out using our Return Form and select “Exchange” as your return type.

We will cover the cost of one (1) UPS/FedEx return label per original order for returns requesting store credit.
Once your return is received, you’ll receive an email with your store credit code — it never expires.
However, once issued, store credit cannot be re-refunded back to your original payment method.
To request store credit, please submit our Return Form and select “Store Credit.”
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please submit our Return Form within 30 days of delivery so we can process a replacement or refund.
